My stay at Zoom Hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was great and within walking distance of various attractions, I found the overall ambiance too dark and the décor felt cheap. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the comfortable bed, but the lack of adequate lighting in the room and the intermittent cold shower water were significant downsides.
